I had piece of family jewelry, a brooch set with an opal stone, that I wanted reset in a ring, and he was very communicative throughout the entire process. I was a bit nervous about sending off a piece of sentimental jewelry, but working with Sergio and the Bridal Ring Store was a very comforting experience, and I felt in good hands the entire time. The final ring was beautiful, and the entire process went smoothly. The heirloom stone came back nicely polished after years of wear, which was lovely. Furthermore, I was assured that if I wanted to make any modifications to the final ring, I have a lifetime warantee on the ring. I also received an appraisal, including information about the type of opal in the ring that I didn't previously know, which was certainly a bonus that most proposals I received did not offer.
