Serge produced two beautiful rings for our wedding, exactly to specification and at a very reasonable price point. While he was a couple weeks off with his initial delivery estimate, he went above and beyond by overnighting the rings to us. When we needed an adjustment to be made, he paid for us to overnight the ring back to him and then fixed the issue in mere hours.
